REFUND & EXCHANGE

Your trust and your satisfaction are the most important thing for Meezab Enterprise. We will be pleased to accept the refund or exchange request within 15 days of receipt, provided that item is in saleable condition and unused.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Meezab Enterprise online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

All returns require a return authorization number (RMA) by our customer service via email, please contact us to obtain the RMA and return address before returning the purchase.

As for an Exchange:

Please inform our customer service about the item details that you want to exchange for. Your exchange request will be processed within 2-3 working days after your returned purchase has been received and approved by our warehouse team.

As for a Refund:

Once our warehouse team has approved the returned stock, and the refund of the returned item will be issued, and it will take additional 5-10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Meezab Enterprise doesn’t offer the prepaid return label and the return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Track Your Returns:

The return tracking number or the return shipping receipt is a must-have for the refund or exchange.

We recommend that you use a reliable courier company, such as USPS or UPS, which will include the tracking information for your package.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order.

Do you offer International Shipping?

At the moment we are not providing delivery out side United States.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It is not mandatory to sign delivery note. Package can be placed at your door step with picture sent as proof to your email address.
